Due to the completeness of your eye exam, performance of appropriate advanced technical diagnostic testing, and especially if you require in office treatment, your office visit may be a few hours. Our Certified Ophthalmic Technicians are trained to assist you with your examination. They also perform special testing helping your doctor to focus on the issues that concern you and your family. Our surgical coordinators are available to streamline your surgical experience. Insurance and financial personnel are available to assist you with preauthorization and insurance issues. Our front office staff is available to welcome you, coordinate your visit, schedule appointments and arrange referrals. At CNY Eye Physicians and Surgeons, patient education is very important to us. We are happy to provide educational brochures, DVD’s, web site links for you and your family’s information. In office emergency care and consultation is readily available with our four subspecialty ophthalmologists.
